Business Unlimited Restrictions

The Business Unlimited broadband service is provided exclusively for single-location, single-entity commercial use. It is intended solely for deployment at a standalone commercial address occupied by the subscribing business. Use of the service in any multi-unit residential dwelling (such as apartments, condominiums, or other multi-family housing), or in multi-tenant commercial properties (including office buildings, business parks, and retail centers), is strictly prohibited where the purpose is to resell, redistribute, or include the service in any package or amenity offering by a landlord, developer, property manager, or third party.

The service may not be sold, shared, extended, or otherwise made available, whether for compensation or not, beyond the physical premises where it is originally installed. Residential use, shared use across business entities, or redistribution beyond the subscriber’s premises constitutes a material violation of the terms of service.

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of service, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the provider.

These restrictions may be updated from time to time without notice.
