  1. Have you verified that your SpringNet equipment has power? B. Have you verified that your router or firewall is powered on?
  2. Have you tested a directly attached (Ethernet) connection to your router/firewall?
  3. Have you rebooted your router/firewall?
  4. If the issue persists longer than 10 minutes, call the SpringNet at 417-575-7000.
  1. If on wireless, please connect a device via Ethernet and run a speed test at Speedtest.net using the SpringNet server.
  2. If the results are lower than expected, try rebooting your router/firewall and run the test again.
  3. Still having trouble? Give us a call at 417-575-7000.
  1. Connect to the router using an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi, then open a web browser and go to 192.168.1.1.
  2. Login credentials can be found on the bottom of your Calix router.
  3. From here, you can make configuration changes, including items like updating your Wi-Fi name and password.
